RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN

  • You can use the right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt of the product(s).
  • If you want to return something, report your return within 14 days after receipt of the product(s)
    via info@ousmeticsnl.com and indicate what you want to return and for what reason.
    After 14 days the reflection period and the right to return expires.
  • You must then send your return within 7 days. After 7 days the right to return expires.
  • Returns are at the customer's expense, a return label can be purchased through www.ousmeticsnl.com
    Please keep the shipping label until we have confirmed that we have received the return.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days after the product is returned,
    provided the product meets the following conditions:
  1. the product is not damaged; 
  2. the product has not been used;
  3. the product is in the unopened, undamaged original packaging;
  4. if the product is sealed or closed with a guarantee seal,
    the seal/guarantee seal has not been broken;
  5. if the product is a grooming tool (including a brush, comb, razor, etc.),it
    cannot be returned for hygienic reasons;
  6. if the product is a gift certificate, it cannot be returned.
  • If you return a product that does not meet the conditions, the return will
    not be accepted and the purchase is final.We will charge you a fee to return the product to you.
  • If you do not pick up a shipment from the carrier's pickup point and the order is
    returned to sender, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund.
  • If you have returned part of your order and the total amount of the original
    order falls below the free shipping limit, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund.

REFUND

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
    refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
    payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
    credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since
    we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ousmeticsnl.com.
